Low Carb Whipped Caramel Cheesecake Mousse
Makes about 4 servings
In a mixing bowl with an electric mixer beat 1 - 8 ounce package softened cream cheese until it is light.
Add:
1/2 cup plain yogurt 1/3 cup coconut sugar
2 packets stevia sweetener
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Pinch Real Sea Salt
Beat the ingredients until they are light and fluffy. Serve and enjoy!
